What a club! Mount Evelyn Sports and Community Hub is one of the most amazing sports clubs we’ve had the privilege of helping to fit out. The project was initially put out for tender and the client put through an online enquiry towards the end of last year. They wanted the new club quoted up and some new function furniture. Our consultant was able to give the client a rough idea of the quantities of furniture they would need in the venue. Once this rough quantity was given, our consultant was able to create an initial quote for the customer.
Once the first quote was received by the client, they asked for a floorplan of the venue and how the furniture would be placed throughout the space. With the floorplan done, the quantity of furniture was confirmed and a more specific proposal could be created. Colour selections were then made, with the carpet colours kept in mind to ensure the venue was aesthetically pleasing. Once initial colour selections were made, our consultant created a 3D floorplan of the venue so the client could see for themselves how the selected furniture would look in their space.
A video presentation of the 2D and 3D floorplans and proposal was made and sent through to the client. This was a great help as it made it easy for the whole committee to see and discuss the proposal and options.
