The perfect place for members to wind down and relax, the Simpson Bowling Club has recently undergone a refurbishment and we were lucky enough to be the ones to furnish the space! Located on Fisher Street in Simpson, this bowling club is a great place to relax and have some fun with mates.

The owner of the club first contact Adāge through our website and made an enquiry online about our furniture. After our consultant spoke to them, she was able to get a better picture of the venue and the fit out the owner was looking to complete. After hearing his story, she offered to travel out to Simpson and see the venue for herself and speak with the owner in person.

As with all our projects, we offer onsite consultation services. This is a free service that we offer as we feel it gives our consultants better insight into the running of the venue and the client’s vision for the venue. We also offer this onsite visit to include furniture options which the client can then view in their venue to show them exactly how that furniture will look once it has been installed. We believe this is an important for the owners to be able to better visualise their new furniture in their space.

Once our consultant was onsite, she was able to measure up the venue area and note down the size and shape of the space the client was looking to furnish. She also spoke to the club members and gathered all their input to better understand what they were all chasing and how their individual visions could be melded to form one new reality.

Once the consultant came back to the office, she used the measurements she had taken on the site visit to create some 2D floorplans and 3D renders of the site to show the club members. The floorplans enable the team to better understand the flow of the venue and how it will work with all the furniture in the room. It also helps to ensure the right amount of furniture is used, so as not to under-or-overestimate the capacity of the room. The 3D renders allowed the club members to better visualise how the furniture would look in the room and the atmosphere it would create.

Once the club members saw the renders, they were in love with the new design and the order process moved forward from there. From ordering, to payment, to a first-class delivery, everything went smoothly for the Simpson Bowling Club. See for yourself:

“We contacted Adage Furniture, the Simpson Bowling Club’s new clubhouse was close to completion.  It was obvious the old furniture from the previous clubhouse would not do.  Jessica was happy to meet with us with samples and prepared a floor plan.  We gave her a budget to stick to and she provided us with a mixture of tables, chairs and stools to suit the new layout.   Our new furniture was delivered on time with no hassles.

Our members are extremely happy with the furniture that is not only very comfortable but practical and aesthetically pleasing.” – J&M Walsh, Simpson Bowling Club
